“Really liked this. Already had some cooked lobster so I skipped that part and did the salad & added the lobster with some of the vinaigrette on it. I did not have cilantro on hand so I used fresh Italian parsley & basil. A definite keeper. ”

“Really good. Used ground cumin instead of the seeds so obviously did not toast. Will definitely do again! Served it with Rachael's lamb burgers & feta sauce. Went really well together. ”

"My husband has a real sweet tooth so the caramel sauce complemented this cake beautifully. I also halved the recipe for the sauce but you would probably need the whole recipe if you are serving a lot of people. The cake on its own is excellent and easy to do. Will keep this recipe."

"I agree, this has to be one of the best. I am not a big eggplant fan but loved this. I roasted the cubed eggplant in the oven with very little oil so it did not get too mushy. Is one of my favorite side dishes or great lunch."
