"Something is not right with the directions of this recipe. I whisked the butter/cocoa/sugar mixture for over 1/2 hour and it never pulled away from the bowl into a ball. I made the recipe anyway, and the brownies were dry. I wish Food Network would respond to ratings problems like other food sites. "

"This cheesecake is wonderful. All the flavors of fall and then some! I made this exactly to the recipe. I thought the cake would be overly sweet, but it was not. I will make the topping again for plain cheesecake and ice cream. It was a hit at Thanksgiving!
