"This recipe is fantastic. We eat pescetarian (no meat/fish only) and low-carb during the week, so we used Soy Chorico from Trader Joe's instead of of Chorico. Also added 1 Tsp smoky Paprika to kick up the richness of the sauce. A beautiful, delicious, healthy meal!""
