About Me

Ive been a chef for 25 years and have a real passion for cooking. Was President of local ACF for 12 years in Alaska, and have done numourous volunteer events for hospice for 12 years. We raise ave 20-25k per benifit with a 11 corse tapas meal for 200 people every fall and many wine tasting throughout the year to help lacal charities. The one that is the most fun is called the Potatofest X-travaganza every year were we do a six course meal to help benefit Festival Fairbanks were local farmers give us all kinds of potatoes and we do 6 courses (including dessert) from potaoes, including but not limited to, alaska blue pot, fingerlings, yukons, butterballs, new potatoes and many more. I have wrote menus for both of these for 10 years. Have been in 3 bad accidents in last 3 years so now being handicapped I may have slowed down, but the passion is still very much there.
