"Great cocktail! It was a little potent at first, so I added a half ounce more of the honey syrup and it was perfect. That said, all I had on hand was lavender infused honey which isn't as sweet tasting as regular honey, so I'd follow the recipe as is first."
"A nice take on a traditional dish (no matter the origin). I think one entire lemon zested and juiced was WAY too much unless it was a smaller Meyer type lemon. Would use half a normal sized lemon next time. I also mix it up by using quinoa rather than couscous on occasions. ""
"This was probably the best angel food cake we had ever had! But, you do have to follow the instructions perfectly and have a mixer. Your cake will not turn out if you don't achieve the peaks and it will be gritty if you don't sift everything. A little labor intensive for a cake that only has a handful of ingredients, but well worth it!""
