Prepare chicken as per Ina. Cook until crisp and brown.
Add one sliced onion with the garlic and saute until translucent. Add double the wine 2 cups + to deglaze the pan and reduce the alcohol from the wine. Add double the amount of Chicken Stock and Double the Amount of Tomatoes....

I read most of the reviews and thank you, I was able to make this recipe, correctly modify it and it was AWESOME!!
I added a sliced onion to the garlic. Salt and Pepper all of your layers, not at the end. S and P the onion/garlic, then a little more with the tomatoes. The chicken is already salted and peppered. Taste at the end and adust...

"Great pasta dish......

Did not want the saffron however, my family is not a fan.

Didn't miss it whatsoever.......

You do need more liquid on this one. Increase the wine to 1 cup and use 1.5 cups of Chicken stock instead of veg stock. Add some crushed red pepper also for a kick.....

If you elect to leave out the capers as I did, add a tablespoon or two of red wine vinegar to the sauce to add that flavor........

Cook the sauce for about 15 minutes and reduce before adding the chicken back in to meld the flavors and thicken the sauce......

I also added one minced Serrano Pepper for a kick......"
