"It was just OK. It's very easy, but, as a good (aspiring) chef, I would do things a little differently.
After the chicken is cooked and resting on a plate, I'd sautee the onions, first, until soft and just beginning to caramelize. Then, add the apples, (hopefully) a good variety that's in season, (get what you like. I like Pink Lady). Fin"
