"This is a fantastic recipe! I use 5 roma tomatoes cut up into chunks about the size of 1/2 a cherry tomato and a pinch of red pepper flakes. This is quick, easy and healthy!!"

50 , average joe who likes to cook and experiment with flavours. West coaster transplanted to the Bluegrass of Kentucky where good food is easy to find and seasonal foods are phenomenal. KY is the #1 Beef producer east of the Mississippi River and we have bourbon and wine to wash it all down with.

Meat and Pasta dishes, roasted fowl, rare beef, and sweet sticky BBQ.
