“Found this while trying to recreate a crab noodle casserole mom used to make. Really light and easy. The panko and mushroom topping is great. If you like it saucy, you might want to add some milk and more cheese. ”
"Terrific. We riffed on it a little to use ingredients on hand. Made a half a recipe for the two of us in a 8" circular glass casserole. Used homemade sourdough, spread with leftover refried beans and sweet Italian sausage. We're at 7000' altitude, cooked covered for 40 minutes, uncovered for 20 minutes. Perfect."
