"Love this recipe! I used quinoa instead of bulgar wheat and increased water to 2 Cups. Left out mint & cumin cause i don't like them. Love how fresh it tastes compared to what i usually buy 'homemade' at a local family-run mediteranean store. My family loves it with some grilled pita bread!"
