"Excellent recipe. I had a chunk of feta cheese in the fridge, so that is what I used. Next time I will try to find the mshalale cheese. Thinking in the summer when pomegranates are not in season I will try the recipe with currents. It really doesn't take that long to pick a cup of seeds out of the pomegranate.
