"This dish I agree was totally easy and was tasty. However, I found the 20 minute cooking time for "medium" not long enough. The meat was almost bloody; however, the crumb topping and mustard spread made the whole thing taste great. For future cooking, I will put the lamb on the bottom rack and cook for an extra 5 minutes. I think that will make"
