"yummy! made this for a large group and it was a big hit. i did substitute an ipa (beer) and an orange and omitted the brandy (only because there was none in the house). this fondue melted beautifully and will become a staple in my recipe file.

"another great recipe from ina. so easy and delicious. next time i will add a little salt and pepper to the chicken before dredging in the flour. the salad dressing needed a little more umpf too, so i will tweek next time with a little more lemon and maybe some mustard.

"great recipe. cooked for 1 hour and left it in the oven with the door ajar until cool. placed on a wire rack until room temperature and then refrigerated for a couple of hours. love the creamy texture...perfection!
