"Not a huge fan of rosemary so I used garlic butter and topped the rolls with a little parmesan. So fast, easy, delicious and not fussy to prepare. An all around 5 Star recipe!"

"Made this using only cremini and white button mushrooms and it was delicious! A little porcini oil at the end put it over the top! Served with toasted garlic bread and a light salad in vinaigrette and Pinot Grigio........perfection on a plate!"

"Served this at a party of about 30 people. I split the top of several slender baguettes, lightly toasted them and filled them up with the shrimp salad and cut into 3" lengths. Also had Ina's Chicken Salad Veronique in baguettes and both were very well received. Very economical and elegant. Perfection! No leftovers and everyone loved it! Ina "

"Really easy and yummy. Like any recipe, it should be tweaked to personal tastes. I used extra garlic and a pinch of red pepper flake. Those that are quick to criticise the guideline recipe are too quick to find fault. I also went a little heavier on the parm, but again, that is just my preference. All around a great recipe.""

"Saw Anne make this the other day and the same day I was the recipient of a 10lb bag of apples that needed to be processed. I cheated and used a packaged pie crust product that was also given to me, but that was a mistake. Anne's crust recipe produces a finer and flakier crust and the two susbsequent tarts were outstanding. Definitely use large or jumbo eggs and moisture will not be a problem. Also be sure to thoroughly mix the flour into the filling gradually. Everyone who tasted the final product gave it a five thumbs up, which has been my experience with every recipe Anne has provided. Although I am totally disappointed she did not ultimately win the Chopped All Stars competition, in my book Anne is always a 5 Star Winner."
