"LOVED the salsa on the artichoke however mine didn't cook enough. I think its because I didn't have a tight lid on them. Will try again :)""
"It smelled amazing when it was cooking. For some reason mine turned to mush when I stirred in the laughing cow and green onion. It was still really good. I also added mushrooms :)""
"So good! Next time I think I will add a little lime juice to them and see how they turn out. Or maybe a little lime zest to give them a little kick!""
"I had some serious reservations as I was cutting the squash. I didn't think the squashy taste would be able to be hidden. HOWEVER these are so good. I do need to make sure next time I cut the pieces the same size. Some got a little toasty. ""
"Liked this recipe a lot HOWEVER make sure if you use egg beaters instead of eggs you allow for a much longer cooking time. I think I cooked this 45minutes to 1 hour before the egg beaters set. Not sure what the difference is but it took a very long time. Luckily the tortillas didn't burn. LOVE the idea of heating the tortillas first to soften them""
"This is amazing!!! I made it last night. Make sure you wait at least 4 hours. We tried it at 3 hours and it needed another hour. The only thing I will do different next time is cut the strawberries up more. They were really frozen still and tough to eat. Oh and when I figured out calories it was even less then what she has listed. LOVE HER!!!""
