“I liked the squash with a few changes. Add one or two cloves of garlic, minced. What is missing is a little spice such as cayenne or some other hot spice. I added two teaspoons of Berbere spice, that gave it the extra kick without making it too hot. The squash can be cooked in the microwave in about 6 minutes if you don't want to wait 40 minutes.... ”
