"First of all I couldnt find pork shoulder so I got pork butt roast and it was a bit more than 7lbs. I followed the recipe exactly as it read and I think I should have made more since the roast was a bit larger than recipe called for. It was tastty but I think it would have been tastier had I increased the amount of rub. Also not as tender as I hop"

"When I watched the episode I had to try this recipe so I got everything on the list but there was no mention of the carrots I did add it bcs I normally have cole slaw with carrots but the ingredients did not mention and that was a bit disappointing since another recipe same thing. the show shows one thing but website calls for different ingredient"

Hi..I'm not sure when my love for cooking started, but I know it was in my late 20's early 30's. I watch and try to learn things for the cooking channel. I definitely love to try new recipes. I"m not one to experiment I either like it or don't. My 4 year old loves to help me in the kitchen, she even pretends to have a cooking show and makes me talk to "the camera".
