“I purchased long tubular japanese eggplants from my local farm stand and was looking for a recipe when I found this one. I didn't have enough eggplant to fill up all the stuffing, but what I made was delicious. This recipe was very quick and very tasty. Left over stuffing will be used for stuffed mushrooms. I have not made very many of Sandra Lee's... ”

“I made this today and my biggest problem was that there was not enough sauce. I followed the recipe exactly and there was barely enough sauce to cover the chicken. So I made more sauce, doubling the recipe, which at this point...I tripled. Final result was very good even though the chicken did not come out as crispy as I was hoping but it still was... ”

“I made this for Thanksgiving and will make again for Christmas. I followed the recipe exactly and it came out just right. Not sure what problems others have run into but my cake and frosting came out perfectly. ”
"Delish! I went to my local farm stand yesterday and bought cauliflower because they looked so good. Came home and checked Food Network for recipes. I was looking for something that was not loaded with cheese and found this recipe. I followed the recipe without adding additional ingredients as some reviewers did and I found the soup to be very tast"
"We also enjoyed this recipe and it was a nice treat. I agree with mismax about all the negative comments about the calories and fat. It's obvious this is not going to be a low cal, low fat meal so why bother commenting on that. If you're concerned about the calories and fat, you shouldn't be looking at this recipe at all. Don't waste reviewers' ti"
"Made this last night using a small Meyer lemon and rice instead of linguine. The lemon was small so I could of used 2 of them, otherwise, this recipe come out perfect. My family enjoyed it. The shrimp was so tender and full of flavor. As an intermediate cook, this recipe is a keeper and one I will go to for shrimp scampi. We all loved it."
"Delicious!!! I never added flour to my chicken soup and boy does it make a difference. I used chicken stock from the box since I don't have time to make my own and it tastes just as good or even better. And the Worcestershire and Tobasco sauce adds so much flavor. Definitely a keeper recipe. "
"By far, the best meatloaf I have made and I've tried them all (bread crumbs, oatmeal, onions, peppers, spices, etc.). I will definitely double up on the sauce the next time since I only had enough to cover the meatloaf as directed in the recipe and keep it in the oven a little longer so the bacon can crisp up a bit more. Very tasty, moist, and so"
"I was looking for a simple roasted potato receipe with herbs and found this one on Food Network. The combination of potato, herbs, shallots, and garlic was just what I was looking for. This recipe was easy, quick, and delicious. My house still has the aroma of garlic and herbs. The best aroma I have encountered. Excellent recipe! "
"This was the best apple pie I have made thus far. The apple sauce added richness that has been missing in other pies I have made in the past. I made this for Thanksgiving along with Paula's sweet potato pie. Even though everyone liked the sweet potato pie, the favorite was the apple pie. I served it a la mode and it was a huge hit. Very easy to ma"
"The best tasting sauce and incredibly moist meatballs. I followed the recipe exactly as shown. I used Chianti wine and a little less than called for and it gave the sauce a nice flavor. I agree with the previous comment, double up on the sauce. I came up with more meatballs than what was listed in the recipe and these were good size meatballs, yet"
"I would not change this recipe at all. It is so rich, creamy and delicious. Definitely a 'go-to' recipe to make for a crowd. Very easy and quick to prepare. But because of it's richness, this is something I would not make very often but when you want something special, this is it! ""
"I admit it. I'm not a baker and don't care to bake but I wanted to make this pie for Thanksgiving. I tried to make the dough and it came out really bad so I went to the store to buy Pillsbury pie crust. The filling was easy to make, I omitted the brandy since I didn't have any in the house. This pie turned out to be a hit. Everyone couldn't get en""
"This recipe was so easy to make and so flavorful. I only had beef broth on hand so I used that instead of the chicken broth and it came out delicious. This is a great week night dinner that warms up nicely the next day for lunch. ""
"I also added small new potatoes and added mushrooms at the end. The stew was delicious and I would make it again. Next time I will try beef stock instead of water but even with the water it still came out very good. I also did not have 2 cups of hot liquid to take out to thicken the stew. Managed to take out about 1/2 cup. But I did watch the vide""
"Oh so good!! They didn't come out as crispy as I hoped but I think it was due to the fact that the oven rack was up to high. I will definitely make these again and will lower the rack the next time. Regardless, these fries were so tasty and so easy to make. ""
"This was delicious!!! I'm glad I checked the reviews and watched the video because the recipe is still incorrect. I added more brown sugar than the video called for because I found the sauce was not thickening up. The ribs came out so moist and the flavoring and sticky glaze was out of this world. ""
"I never cared for cauliflower but saw Giada make it and it looked so good I started having cravings for it. Two weeks ago I was at my local farm stand and they had cauliflower so I bought some and made this recipe. I admit it's loaded with creamy, cheesy sauce and the pancetta gives it the right amount of saltiness, but this was the best cauliflow"
