"This was just perfect. The blend of cheese was bold and flavorful. I used a rosemary and olive oil sourdough bread. The croutons were so good. The cheese is a bit expensive but worth it. I think between the two they totaled $20. I used a Sam Adams IPA. Follow the recipe as it states and you will have a wonderful meal. Thank you Chuck!"
"Great recipe! I followed the recipe 100% and it turned out perfect. The flavors were amazing and the meat fell off the bone when I pulled them out of the pot. I used a Sam Adams IPA. The ginger is a must. I put a little corn starch in the sauce to thicken it up, the sauce over the potatoes and ribs was just delicious. Will def use this recipe a"
