Reviewed salmon with lemon, capers, and rosemary

Sunday, Aug 17, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Really great, probably the best salmon I've ever made. I used white wine instead of Marsala, skipped the capers, and used a grill pan on med-high for 10 minutes. Turned out perfect and practically no cleanup :)

Reviewed Vegetarian Chili

Tuesday, Oct 8, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

I was skeptical about a vegetarian chili but it is the BEST chili I've ever had!! So delicious and full of flavor you don't even need the meat. Make it and don't change a thing! Except the Essence. You don't need that. Top with shredded cheddar and prepare to have your taste buds blown.

Reviewed The Ultimate Paella

Wednesday, Oct 2, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

"This is a good paella recipe, I've been to Spain several times and this tastes similar to what I had there. It makes a HUGE amount of rice though, next time I might cut the rice down to 2 cups. I suspect the people who had issues with this recipe were using the wrong kind of rice, you need to use a Spanish Bomba or Paella rice. I get mine from Who"

"I love this recipe, so easy to make and delicious! For people anyone who thinks it's bland - taste the filling before you put the biscuits on top and adjust the seasoning to your taste. Sometimes I substitute Pillsbury biscuits on top instead of homemade when I'm feeling lazy."

Reviewed Creamy Gorgonzola and Portobello Mushroom Risotto

"I just finished making/eating this and it's Delicious!! It was my first time making risotto from scratch so I didn't really know what to expect. I thought it would be complicated/time consuming but it was surprisingly easy and VERY good. The gorgonzola gives the dish lots of flavor, but next time I might experiment with some different cheeses. Tha"

Sunday, Jan 8, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

"I love recipes that let the true flavors of the ingredients shine and this recipe hits the mark. It's also great that it's so incredibly simple to make and delicious. I substituted edamame for the lima beans because that's what I had on hand - otherwise made the recipe as is. This is definitely a keeper. Thanks Giada""

"I just made this soup and its delicious! I recently started getting interested in Indian cuisine, so this was one of my first attempts at it - and it's a win! Even my boyfriend likes it. I sauteed the onions, chiles, and garlic together before starting the soup. I like really bold flavors so I might add an extra 1/4 teaspoon of spices next time, b""

Sunday, Apr 10, 2011 on FoodNetwork.com

"I love this recipe - it is my go-to pad thai recipe that I make at least once a month. Prep time does take awhile, but the actual cooking goes by fast. This recipe is worth a little prep work. Yum!"

Reviewed Turkey Meatballs with Quick And Spicy Tomato Sauce and Whole-Wheat Spaghetti

Monday, Mar 14, 2011 on FoodNetwork.com

"Great recipe. I didn't have chipotle chili in adobo so I bought a can of fire roasted tomatoes with chipotle and it tasted great! My difficult to please boyfriend loved it too.
My only complaint is that my turkey meatballs turned out a little dry. Could be because I used 99% lean ground turkey. Next time I'll add some olive oil to the meatball mixture. So yummy!"
