"Saw this on an episode of Giada at Home and just knew it would be good. FINALLY, had the chance to make it and it was INCREDIBLE!! Made a small side salad and my Husband and I were very busy making yummy noises while we were gobbling it up! Made the full recipe and we have enough for another dinner. Another fantastic recipe from Giada!"
"This was great! I oven roasted the salmon because that's easier for me & this recipe is all about the salsa verde. It was so good!!! My oranges were kind of juicy so I added some cucumber to the salsa verde which made it more like a salad. Either way this is a great topping not just for salmon but it would be great on any type of fish or chicken. "
"This was sooo crazy good that 4 of us ate half the pie and had to hold back from finishing it!! I would make this again and again. Thanks Nads, you nailed this one! "
"So delicious..had to hide leftover from my Husband so we could enjoy it with another dinner!"
"Thanks to the reviews posted here, this was much easier since I put everything into a ziplock bag for easy turning. I cut the recipe in half and used 1 1/2 pounds of salmon. It was still a lot of fish once it was all sliced. The mustard sauce and pumpernickel bread really finish this off nicely. I served this with cocktails and made another of Ina""
"I had trouble finding the smoked whitefish. I followed her recipe using tuna instead. I included all of the other components for this meal. It was a really pretty presentation and none of us could decide on what to eat first. I did add some sliced cucumbers to the tomatoes and onion. Slicing the bagels in thirds was a great idea, less bread to eat"
"This was INSANELY delicious!! After reading the reviews, I saved a little of the whipped cream and blended the lemon curd with it. It was much easier to fold into the mousse after that. By the time it was chilled for a while, the rest of the curd had dissolved into the mousse. I'm so glad I brought this to someone's house or I would have eaten mos"
"This was delicious! I followed her recipe exactly. Brought it to my Parent's for Mother's Day. We polished it off in a couple of nights! My Mom couldn't stop saying how much she loved it!!"
So many recipes, so little time!!
