"This was great! I oven roasted the salmon because that's easier for me & this recipe is all about the salsa verde. It was so good!!! My oranges were kind of juicy so I added some cucumber to the salsa verde which made it more like a salad. Either way this is a great topping not just for salmon but it would be great on any type of fish or chicken. "

"This was sooooo delicious! Mine wasn't as pretty as Ina's but it sure tasted great. Lining the cake pan with parchement was the ticket, no sweat getting the cake out of the pan. I think I should have put more sugar on my towel because it stuck a little. Also, my buttercream wasn't light & fluffy, it looked a little lumpy but after some time in the fridge it was spreadable and by the time I was all done and received it's final dusting of powder sugar it was ready for it's close-up! There were many mmmm's and yumm's going 'round the table while we ate this!

"This was really delicious. It took longer to prepare than I thought it would and after the 55 minutes in a 300 degree oven it wasn't cooked enough. I cooked in on the stovetop simmering for another 15 minutes. The rouille is dangerously good, used the extra on sandwiches and dipped chips in it! So my only problem was cooking it through. If I make this again I will turn the oven up higher and stir it halfway through so the potatoes and the chicken that were on the top layer have a chance to cook in the sauce too.
