"This is the "style" roast my husband and I have been trying to make! Although we turned out some great tasting, none were this simple! I used Pampered Chef deep dish covered baker, but uncovered. Will try slow cooker method as well. I used purple onions so as usual it produced a dark red sauce- beautiful and to me more appealing looking than the c"

"Turned out great- even without using food processor (it's on the fritz). I just broke up chocolate, poured hot milk over, let it sit for 2 minutes, then blended with hand mixer. Used as glaze within 15 minutes- the extra I placed in fridge and made into truffles."

I have not run across a recipe of his that has been less than great. He usually has more ingredients and steps so it takes more time, but that also equals more love into a good home cooked meal our "
