"This was a great recipe. I had all the ingredients in my cupboard and even had spinach on hand. I don't usually cook greens but they were good in the stew. "If don't like peas, this recipe is not for you. Super simple to make. I carmelized the onions in the butter before adding the stock and the peas. After pureeing, I cooked down until the soup was to the desired thickness. The soup was hearty enough for a cool fall evening. I halved the recipe and had enough soup for 4 servings.
"This mac and cheese was quick and easy. It was better than a box but cost two to three times as much to make. I would recommend this if you were in a hurry but would suggest using another recipe if you are looking for a really good mac and cheese."
