We all enjoyed your recipe with minor changes. I added 12 oz. chopped shittake mushrooms to the meatball mix and instead of the cup of heavy cream for the sauce, I substituted 1 cup of sour cream. For the broth I used 1 quart of organic beef broth and added 1 tablespoon of corn starch to help thicken the extra broth in the sauce. It w"
