“These were the very best chicken burgers I have ever tasted. So easy to make and ingredients usually on hand. I didn't expect them to be so tasty but was so happy with them that I will continue to make them for my family. Do not change anything, do the recipe exactly as written. Sooooo yummy! ”

“I've made meatloaf many, many times but not until I tried this recipe can I say I really Love meatloaf. I followed the recipe pretty much exactly and wouldn't recommend changing much like adding ketchup etc...It is just so delicious. Thanks Ina! ”

"Very flavorful. I too had some difficulty getting the potatoes to cook through and it did not become bubbly. However, the end result, once the casserole baked for around 45 minutes @375 degrees was very good. I think the two TBL's butter must be wrong. I used three and added a little olive oil. The two bags of frozen potatoes is a lot of potatoes"
