"I must not have drained enough buttermilk off of the chicken thighs as it was very difficult to shape the nuggets - too moist and loose! Perhaps I'll try it the next time without buttermilk. As well perhaps I over processed the mixture - the nuggets were very airy. They were good, but room for improvement.""
