I omitted the 3 tbsp of butter, and just lightly buttered the baking dish.It takes a longer time to cook, so I raised oven to 350.After 2 hrs I removed the foil to let brown for the last hour.It stayed warm for 1 hr out of the oven so a good recipe for cookin""
