"Saw this on TV and thought it was pretty easy, so I gave it a try. Taste was great - but way too soupy. Even after a night in the fridge it was still soupy. The Jam didn't do enough to jell the filling (I used 1/2 a 24 oz jar). Next time I will add 2T of ground Tapioca pearls.
