"I like this a lot. Delicious. So easy. I used waxy potatoes like yukon gold and did not peel them nor the tomatoes. I didn';t have any cream so I used sour cream."

"Yum, Easy, tasty recipe for a side dish or a main dish. I served it tonight as a side with meatloaf and a green salad. I did add a couple of dashes of red pepper flakes and sprinkled each serving with Parmesan. Will be great as a vegetarian main dish. A good recipe for making variations. Add a little corn or sliced sausage or fresh spinach an..."

I really like this recipe. My husband loves his mac n' cheese and thought this was great. I didn't have the soup so I added some Velveeta and extra cheddar. I like the 3 eggs in this. I also added half of a 12 oz package of cubed butter nut squash. Next time I will use the whole package. I melted all the cheese and the butter in the microwave...

"I made the meatballs and they were delicious. Just the recipe I needed. Simple meatballs with no egg. I didn';t have any Parmesan so I used some mild cheddar. Very good and probably would be much better with the Parm. Simple is often the best and this recipe makes excellent meatballs."

"Delicious. And easy. What could be better? I cut the recipe in half and I did add some white wine and let it reduce. However it was the garlic and mushrooms that I loved. I also used gluten free noodles. It was my first time to try the noodles. They are a little different but were not bad at all."

Reviewed Guiltless Cheesy Mac

Sunday, Apr 8, 2012 on Cooking Channel

"I didn't make mine as guiltless as Bobby's. I loved the idea of a cheesy veggie noodle dish. I added more cheese, milk, and sour cream. Also a little of the water from cooking the pasta. No bread crumbs. Just not the way I like my mac and cheese. The peas and cauliflower are great with mac and cheese. This was delicious. It filled up a 13"x9"""

We have eaten some very tasty salmon thanks to various cooks on the web but none to compare to this recipe. Moist, moist, moist with so much flavor. SO EASY. I had no ideal ""

"Um, um, um! This is a great salad. Wonderful flavors and so easy. Impressive looking, too. I like a bit more of the vinaigrette so I double that. This usually leaves me some left over which is good. Love the stuff. I prefer less mustard so I use 2 or 3 teaspoons in my doubled recipe of the vinaigrette. I have made this with and without parsley (1/2 cup chopped). Good either way. Guests ask for the recipe. Oh, and I've also substituted sliced and toasted almonds for the pine nuts. Works well, but the pine nuts are better.
