"It's a fine pizza. But in fairness to your mother and all southerners out there, it is NOT a tomato pie. I think you could have done a healthier version of tomato pie by using fat free mayo , or using greek yogurt and fat free cheese, or you could substitute and small amount of low fat mozzarella."
