“Just baked these for the first time tonight. I'm not much of a baker but these came out beautiful and delicious. Like previous reviewers I needed about 2 cups extra flour. I mad the dough last night and let them sit in the fridge overnight. Took them out an hour before dinner. Should have been an hour and a half. It took at least 35 minutes... ”
"I would have given this recipe at least 4 stars, but it's WRONG. If you try to beat room temp heavy cream with room temp cream chess it winds up a curdled mess. I was foolish enough to follow the recipe despite instinctive doubts and wound up with said mess mid-morning on the 4th of July with company coming soon. Replaced the cream cheese &"
"I was so sure this recipe wouldn't work, but it did. I thought the dough was really wet (it was). Had to add a lot of flour and rolled it out well beyond the 9 ". Got no flavor at all from the sesame seeds and the mignonette was just silly. Had a fabulous mignonette recently -- no resemblance. I gave it a solitary star because the chicken was moist and prefectly..."
"So amazingly good! I like potatoes but with the lovely bright sauce they were a completely different food. My husband and son, both finicky, loved them as well. Three of us ate about half the recipe so I'm looking forward to trying them for breakfast and using the leftover sauce as a condiment per earlier posters. Try it, you'll like it.""
