"Delicious! I could not have asked for an easier, more delicious meal! I made both the pork and apples with the Cheesy Sharp Cheddar Hash from the same episode. Everything came together all at the same time. As I was finishing the apples, I pulled the pork from the oven and let it set on the cutting board as I stirred the cheese into the hash. So quick , so tasty, so very autumn! Will make again for sure!
