One of my favorite ways to make rice. It's easy & effortless and a great side dish. I've made it many times & it's always a hit. Sometimes I add spinach at the very end when it's time to fluff the rice just so that the spinach can warm through...it's an easy way to add more veggies to dinner. Definitely a staple in our house.
