"This was an amazing salmon cake. You really HAVE to add about 3T of the breadcrumbs to the salmon mixture otherwise these are WAY too loose of a mixture. Other than that, these are superb. The lemon makes it soooooo fresh tasting. I followed the recipe other than addingthe crumbs."

"These were excellent. My filling was too "juicy" though so I had to drain it in a strainer...no biggy. I also put some cheese in with the cooled mixture and used way more on top (doubled the cheese). I will definitely make these again."
