This is a most fabulous basic pizza sauce. Makes a lot extra so you have some for freezing. I've tried lots of pizza sauces over my 50 years of cooking and this is tops.

WHAT! That is preposterous. I am 100% italian. How can they possibly concentrate the tomato flavor without cooking. Even a novice cook knows that pizza sauce is more concentrated and thicker than pasta sauce. 100% of the Italians I know including my family in Italy cook their sauce.

Lots of people look for high star recipes to try and when moronic people like yourself and zasmblop review like you do, you ruin it for everyone.

Fantastic soup. Pepe below is correct about follow your cooking knowledge and not the recipe". There is no need to cook the flour for 10 minutes. That is too long. It will scorch. 1 minute is all you need to get rid of flour taste. Toast any bread first before topping the soup.

This was FANTASTIC. I followed recipe but didn't leave it in the oven after the baking. Didn't see the sense since it was done after 50 minutes. Turned out creamy and exquisite. Made lots and lots of cheesecakes and have left them in the oven after oven was turned off to complete the baking process. This doesn't need that though. I can't imagine...

Pretty good. Got a great trick to keep clams upright instead of all the rock salt: I use mini muffin pans. Each pan holds 12. These were missing the green pepper I love in a casino so I added them.
