"These don't make you moan or groan. They don't even make you go hmmmmm. These are ok. Not worth any effort. I suggest to try another recipe. It looks like all the reviewers are adding this and that to the recipe and then rating it. Not a true rating of the recipe, in my opinion."

"I have never brined seafood. I have whole turkey and pork, but never seafood and thought it strange to brine shrimp. I did it anyhow and oh BOY am I glad I did. These were the BEST shrimp cocktail ever. The shrimp are amazing made this way!! Used my cocktail sauce I already had because the shrimp are the star here."
"Can make ahead for thanksgiving and don't have to do the last minute gravy making. I didn't use smoked wings I used the regular but added more wings for more flovor. Recipe forgets to mention that after you add the stock you are supposed to put your removed wing back in."
