“I like your mistake. I'm going to do the same”
“Why are you rating this recipe when you haven't even tried it? I wish food network would remove useless reviews like yours so that it's not calculated into the ratings. Lots of people look for high star recipes to try and when moronic people like yourself and zasmblop review like you do, you ruin it for everyone.”

“Fantastic soup. Pepe below is correct about follow your cooking knowledge and not the recipe". There is no need to cook the flour for 10 minutes. That is too long. It will scorch. 1 minute is all you need to get rid of flour taste. Toast any bread first before topping the soup. ”

“This was FANTASTIC. I followed recipe but didn't leave it in the oven after the baking. Didn't see the sense since it was done after 50 minutes. Turned out creamy and exquisite. Made lots and lots of cheesecakes and have left them in the oven after oven was turned off to complete the baking process. This doesn't need that though. I can't imagine... ”

“Was delicious and ill make again. Trying it with scallop the next time. Will skip he fresh lime. I think it made it too limey. Still delicious though. ”
"These don't make you moan or groan. They don't even make you go hmmmmm. These are ok. Not worth any effort. I suggest to try another recipe. It looks like all the reviewers are adding this and that to the recipe and then rating it. Not a true rating of the recipe, in my opinion."
"Ths is absolutely fantastic and definately company worthy."
"I have never brined seafood. I have whole turkey and pork, but never seafood and thought it strange to brine shrimp. I did it anyhow and oh BOY am I glad I did. These were the BEST shrimp cocktail ever. The shrimp are amazing made this way!! Used my cocktail sauce I already had because the shrimp are the star here."
"Can make ahead for thanksgiving and don't have to do the last minute gravy making. I didn't use smoked wings I used the regular but added more wings for more flovor. Recipe forgets to mention that after you add the stock you are supposed to put your removed wing back in."
"Dont waste your time, energy, or money on these recipes. You can find WAY better gratin recipes on this site. The red wine sauce is merely OK. I got good feedback, but it was from someone trying to be nice. I mean, who is going to say, "this sucks" when you go through the trouble of cooking for them. "
