Reviewed barbecue st. louis pork ribs

Saturday, Aug 30, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

YUM!!! These ribs are so good! The dry rub is perfect with just a little heat. I didn't use mustard because my husband is allergic, I put the rub right on the meat and it stuck fine. This is a keeper!

"This is a great and easy breakfast!! For those of you who do not like grits...try them in this recipe! I am not a fan either and love grits in this recipe. I made my own turkey sausage and used egg beaters. This is great have made this several times and love it every time!! ""

Reviewed Tilapia with Green Beans

Monday, Jan 9, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

"Too often tilapia is bland and boring. This had flavor and was something different. I added more garlic to the beans and put lemon juice on the fish after cooking those were the only changes I made. This was really good and really easy. ""

Reviewed Cinnamon Buns

Sunday, Jul 24, 2011 on FoodNetwork.com

"These are amazing! I have tried several cinnamon bun/roll recipies, Alton Brown's Overnight rolls and Food Networks Almost Famous cinnamon rolls. These are so much better than both of those. I used one cup of whole wheat flour and added a little vanilla extract to the icing. I also added more butter, sugar, cinnamon and added nutmeg to the filling"

Reviewed Blueberry Ginger Mojito Pitchers

Sunday, Jul 3, 2011 on Cooking Channel

"This is amazing! I made this for a party. I quadrupled the recipe, and poured everything except the club soda in the pitcher. I let everyone mix their own depending on how strong they prefered their drinks...this was a huge hit!! "

Reviewed Lemon-Garlic Shrimp and Grits

Tuesday, Mar 8, 2011 on FoodNetwork.com

"Just OK. I made this tonight for dinner, and it was just ok. It was fine, not bad, will I make again? Probably not, it just did not have a wow factor. "

Reviewed Skillet Rosemary Chicken

Tuesday, Nov 16, 2010 on Food Network

"I also used boneless skinless chicken breast and I added the marinade to the chicken before putting it in the oven. This was good and very easy to make. It was something different to do with chicken breasts. Would I say this is a WOW recipe, no, but average if I could give it a 3.5 stars I would. I will probably make this again with adjustments

Reviewed Crispy Baked 'Fried' Chicken

Sunday, Nov 14, 2010 on Food Network

"I really enjoy this recipe and have made it several times. I soak the chicken in low-fat buttermilk with all of the spices, except the mustard because my husband is allergic, for a couple of hours. I also mix equal parts cornflakes and panko for added crunch. I do cut out most of the salt and remove the skin. We make this regularly!
