"I've had spinach and salmon together many times but never this way. I used fresh spinach, wild salmon, onions (instead of shallots), extra garlic and omitted the sun dried tomatoes. Otherwise I followed the recipe. It turned out wonderful! My only other adjustment would be to season the salmon a little. I would definitely make this again while experimenting with other ingredients. I would make this again and again.
