"These were good and very flavorable- yet I'm olny giving 4 stars-- The batter is very dry. I don't think 3 cups of flour( I sifted mine) is a good thing--maybe 2 cups flour next time as there is really no moisture even when adding the sour cream. "

"OMG !!! David you hit this one out of the ballpark!! Excellent and very easy to prepare. Of course, I wasn't able top prepare this on the beach, like you did.. so I did make cup of salt water solution and add it to my mussels. The broth and a ciabatta loaf , mussels and a glass of good wine... very romantic evening after 35 years.....Thank Yo"

About Me

I am happily maried with 3 beautiful adult children and a very loving husband. I am semi- retired  presently liviing in Reno, NV. YES- RENO (It is beautiful here) I lived in Alpharetta, and  Atlanta Georgia for many years. I miss HARRY'S WHOLE FOODS, and PUBLIX.  I do get back to Atlanta occasionally, as I just need to be home for a bit... I love to cook-especially recipies I am familiar with since childhood.
