"OMG!! Gabrielle- this was so like my mother's lasagne-- sono Marchigiana ma.. seriously , this recipe was so much like home- my family loved it- it will be our new Sunday pasta--grazie mille
P.S. for 15 minutes I DID constantly WHISK the besciamella ...."
"O.K. so, day 3 of the pork kebabs. I used the potatoes from the leftover potato salad, diced any left over pork with Romesco sauce and made little mini omelets for breakfast. This pork loin really went a long way- Thank you.."
"These were good and very flavorable- yet I'm olny giving 4 stars-- The batter is very dry. I don't think 3 cups of flour( I sifted mine) is a good thing--maybe 2 cups flour next time as there is really no moisture even when adding the sour cream. "
"OMG !!!these were so good- the Pork Kebabs with Romesco were for Saturday night and with the left overs I baked biscuits and shredded the lefover pork - we had Romesco Pulled Pork Sliders- and potato salad for lunch on Sunday. Thank you Anne"
"OMG !!! David you hit this one out of the ballpark!! Excellent and very easy to prepare. Of course, I wasn't able top prepare this on the beach, like you did.. so I did make cup of salt water solution and add it to my mussels. The broth and a ciabatta loaf , mussels and a glass of good wine... very romantic evening after 35 years.....Thank Yo"
