"O.K. so, day 3 of the pork kebabs. I used the potatoes from the leftover potato salad, diced any left over pork with Romesco sauce and made little mini omelets for breakfast. This pork loin really went a long way- Thank you.."
"These were good and very flavorable- yet I'm olny giving 4 stars-- The batter is very dry. I don't think 3 cups of flour( I sifted mine) is a good thing--maybe 2 cups flour next time as there is really no moisture even when adding the sour cream. "

I am happily maried with 3 beautiful adult children and a very loving husband. I am semi- retired presently liviing in Reno, NV. YES- RENO (It is beautiful here) I lived in Alpharetta, and Atlanta Georgia for many years. I miss HARRY'S WHOLE FOODS, and PUBLIX. I do get back to Atlanta occasionally, as I just need to be home for a bit... I love to cook-especially recipies I am familiar with since childhood.
