"I brought the pie to a super bowl party and everyone loved it. I would definitely take out some of the butter. I didn't have problems with the baking times. Based on previous reviews they got "jiggly" but I got custard like. The crust was delish! Would recommend for a special treat. ""
"It is a very good recipe for someone who has never made risotto before. The recipe says to do 3/4 cup of broth every time but I just ladled broth until the risotto became slightly soupy. I also added mushrooms. I sauteed them separately and added them with the peas. Overall very delicious!""
