Tonight is margarita pizza night with bread sticks and salad. As new to the pastry world and unfamiliar with yeast, the 2nd time I made this I thought, well if warm water is good, hot water should be better for blooming the yeast, right? Oh how wrong could I have been!! I kill"

"I just got to the adding wine phase of the ragu.. instructions call for adding wine and brodo (broth) however brodo is not listed in the ingredients. In search of another Batali recipe for ragu Bolognese, brodo is a listed an ingredient (2 cups).. I'm confused if I need to add 2 cups of broth to this recipe or not. I don't want to miss "
