"Super easy - the BEST Linguine & Clams I've ever had! Totally beats out any restaurant! I used 3/4 of a Johnsville Chorizo link, casing removed of course. We can only find Johnsonville chorizo at walmart not all stores carry it here. The other stuff has too much filler in it - Followed the recipe to a "T" - my husband always wants to add 'more'"
