"extremely yummy. I just needed the amounts for ingredients. Easily makes 2 molds. Definite keeper of a recipe!! The bottom half of instructions is for making the bechamel. I scaled that down to 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp flour and 1 scant cup milk. ""
