Reviewed Pine Nut Bread Salad

"I watched this show for the first time yesterday and loved all three Pine Nut recipies. This salad is so delicious. All the flavors come together nicely. I don't have a grill so I pan toased the bread and used the same pan for the pine nuts and tomatoes. I added large pieces of garlic to my tomatoes and fresh herbs.
