"Great recipe. Took me two tries to get it right; first time I stirred in the butter before the cream and it came out a little watery. Second attempt worked like a charm. I went back and salvaged the first batch by returning it to a boil for a few more minutes to release some moisture; after it cooled it was exactly like the 2nd successful batch "
