"This was without a doubt on of the best steaks I've ever made!! I'd never used crushed Peppercorns before so It thought about using just pepper, but that was the key ingredient! Made the steak crunchy in addition to flavorful! I'll be making this one again, and again and again! Thanks Alton!"
"I absolutely LOVED this recipe! Tasted very Asian, sort of like the soup you get in a Thai restaurant and it was simple and pretty quick and stayed in the frig for a couple days. I especially loved all the lime accents and the spice mix. Going to make it again this weekend!"
"Loved it, Loved it, Loved it!! Simple, easy quick and very tasty! I did add a copy of white rice and stir fried the veggies using a tbs of Olive Oil. However, being as it was low-cal to begin with that didn't really add that much! Thanks Lisa! That was Great!"
"This was total blast to make and to eat. I did it twice, the first time I didn't trust the recipe and over cooked it, the next time left it in for 14 minutes and it was perfect. Talk about a dramatic dessert that keep them asking for more! Love this recipe and Laura's so entertaining! Served with Vanilla Ice Cream .. Yumm!""
"Served this with mini-spinach pies from Costco at my holiday parties. Everyone LOVED IT!! and asked for more!""
"That was delicious!! So easy, so tasty. Just one thing on the printed recipe there was a step missing that was on the show, draining the fat out of the pan. But I LOVE your show and I love your easy French Style!""
