Reviewed Peanut Butter Cookies

Friday, Dec 21, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

"Very easy and tasty recipe. These cookies come out just like homemade peanut butter cookies should. I omitted rolling the balls in sugar as we don't like overly sweet cookies and they were great, tasted more like peanuts instead of sugar. Definitely recommend!"

"Made this for the first time today and it was a big hit. I marinated them for about 8 hours and would do it overnight next time. Very tasy and flavors were great. I was worried there was too much vinegar but it was perfect! Definitely recommend."

Reviewed Drop Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie

"The chicken stock from the poached chicken is fantastic. I use this recipe to poach chicken for all sorts of things now because of how good the stock comes out. Reviewed Lasagna

Sunday, Aug 7, 2011 on FoodNetwork.com

"Very good lasagna recipe, the sauce is alright, I use my own recipe instead as I like it better but the recipe itself is very good. Not quite enough ricotta cheese, I had to add extra.""

Reviewed Vodka Sauce

"My family loves this and requests it often. I like the sauce a little thicker so added a little less cream and about half a jar of tomato paste and it's perfect.""

Reviewed Minestrone Soup with Pasta, Beans and Vegetables

Monday, Oct 11, 2010 on Food Network

"Very flavorful and definitely a go-to dish. The second time I made it I sautee'd the carrots, onions and celery before adding to the slow cooker and it was a definite improvement. Add more spice as desired as it is not very spicy as is.

Reviewed Herb-Marinated Pork Tenderloins

Monday, Oct 11, 2010 on Food Network

"This pork tenderloin came out perfect. I actually marinated for over 24 hours and tons of flavor was infused in the meat. I had to cook it for over 20 minutes but make sure you allow for the resting or the meat will be overcooked.
