"This recipe is time consuming but worth the wait. I ate these cookies from Fluff Bake Bar in Houston once a week. Then they featured them on Unique Eats and posted the recipe - man was I happy! This is not really a ginger snap, but more of a chewy cookie. If you are a ginger cookie lover, you must try these! My absolute favorite!!!"

"This was very tasty and very easy prepare. I had it on the table in 20 minutes! I omitted the cream cheese and doubled the goat cheese. Like the previous comments, be generous with the reserved pasta water and cut back on the garlic if you or your guests are sensitive to it.
I will make again and probably only use 1-2 garlic cloves. Pretty good fo"
