"I had a heck of a time making the crust in the food processor. In fact, I made four crust and I am still not happy with it. I tried the metal blade and the plastic pastry blade. I made sure the butter was very cold. I just don't seem to have the knack. I would be most appreciative of any tips on baking tart crusts. Thanks""
