"Great recipe and easy. Agree with others who added more Creole Seasoning. Next time I'll also add some oysters and scallops just for tickles and grins. Instead of 3C of chicken stock, I used 1C of chicken stock and 2C of shrimp stock.""
"Great dish. I used half the Andouille but will use the full amount next time. To kick it up I added some Cajun seasoning but for those that don't like the heat just go with the recipe as is. I topped it with three grilled shrimp which I had also seasoned with Cajun Seasoning. I'll definitely do this one again. ""
"Easy and very good. I used Turkey sausage which was too lean. You need the fat so I removed the turkey sausage and put in some bacon grease and went from there. I can see how this recipe will allow one to tweak it to their own liking using various herbs and seasonings."
"Really good. Didn't have parsley. Didn't use the cans of tomatoes as we didn't want that flavor. Some folks like the stock thicker but we liked it on the thinner side. Added a bag of frozen veggies which I thawed and heated prior to adding to the mix. Did the whole think on the stove top in a cast iron pot. Makes a lot and again, really good."
