“These are delicious and super easy to make. A helpful tip is to use the back of a 1/2 teaspoon to make your thumbprints a little more even, which also helps to keep the jam inside while they cook. I used an apricot raspberry jam and they turned out great. ”

"This was a tasty tart and easy to make. I will make a different crust next time because the almond flavor in the biscotti was a little overpowering with all the other flavors (cherry, chocolate, pistachio). A more neutral crust would probably work better.""
