This was the best meatloaf! Definitely worth the additional time spent chopping veggies The only modification I made was to cut back by 1/3 on the bell pepper and add onions. Also, my meatloaf was done way before the 1 hour mark so I would advise to start watching it at about 35- 40 minutes. Very flavorful and moist.

This was by far the best cheescake we have ever had. Easy to make; came out beautifully without cracking (although that isn't as important to me as taste anyway).
